Fenwick Model Railway Tour

Now that we are almost through the winter and see spring on the horizon, let’s share the anticipation of one day getting back in our Corvettes. We will be having our first club social get together for 2026 on March 21st.

We will begin the day by meeting for breakfast at the Grill on Canboro, in the Town of Fenwick, on 794 Canboro Road at 9:30 am. This will be a “Pay your own way” meal.

After breakfast, we will be making our way to our tour of the Greater Niagara Railroad Engineers open house. This is a large HO scale model railroad train exhibit located at 1141 Maple Street in Fenwick. We will be given preferred admission at 11 am, one hour before their scheduled start time.

Members who do not wish to have breakfast first can meet our group directly at the Open House at 11 am.

Parking is available in the town’s public parking lot on Maple Street, or on Canboro Road. Once you park, it’s just a short walk away from the Grill and directly next to the Railroad building.

The GNMRE request a small cash donation or a canned goods donation in support of their efforts. They are facing a potential move in the near future, so this may be the last chance to see their display at this location.
