DESCRIPTION:The next Club meeting will be on Tuesday May 5th at 7:30 pm at the Niagara College Welland Campus in Lecture Room S135. This will be our Annual General Meeting.  More details of this meeting will be sent out the week prior to the meeting. \nOur Social Director\, Maria Kemp\, has planned a dinner get together prior to the meeting\, as below: \nWe are planning a dinner at Boston Pizza at 934 Niagara St\, Welland\, at 5 pm. \nThis is just to the north of Woodlawn St where Niagara College is located. \nWhat a great way to start our meeting!!! When I contacted them\, they were very excited to host us\, and they let us know that they have a special menu (shown below) with all you can eat options that is available to us\, or you are welcome to order off the regular menu. \n \nWhen you RSVP\, please indicate on what your preference is….menu or special offer. \nMembers are responsible for the cost of their dinner and drinks. \nPlease use the RSVP link below to indicate that you will be attending the dinner\, and which menu you will order\,  prior to the meeting. DESCRIPTION:The Niagara Corvette Club is organizing a team(s) to participate in this fundraising event (details below). \nThe cost per member for a team of 6 will be $40 each. \nPlease spare an evening for Niagara Children’s Centre as they host their 3rd annual Niagara Strikes Back bowling event on Thursday\, May 7!  \nRegister your team of 4-6 participants and enjoy a fun evening of bowling at Parkway Social (327 Ontario St) in St. Catharines. All funds raised will go towards our Help Kids Shine campaign in May and support over 5\,900 children and families the Centre serves annually. \nChildren and adults of all ages and abilities may participate. SUMMARY:Crown Vettes Car Show
DESCRIPTION: The Corvettes of Western Ontario will be hosting their 9th annual Crown Vettes Show on Sunday MAY 24th\, 2026 at the Lambeth Legion grounds\, 7097 Kilbourne Rd\, London\, Ontario from 10 am to 2:00 pm. The Lambeth Legion offers both pavement and a tree lined lawn for the parking of your Vette. The Legion is located just minutes north of Hwy’s 401 and 402…straight north on Colonel Talbot Road to Kilbourne Rd.  \nThe Legion building will be open to our attendees\, offering indoor washrooms\, air conditioning\, and shelter from the heat and/or rain (heaven forbid). The Legion Ladies will be firing up their BBQ at 11:00 am\, and will be selling hamburgers\, hot dogs\, and fries until show close. The Legion bar will open at noon. Proceeds from food and bar sales go directly to the Legion. There is also a large outdoor covered patio from which you can view the sea of Corvettes parked just beyond.  \nWe will have door prizes\, a silent auction (cash or e-transfers only)\, and a 50/50 draw…with proceeds supporting War Amps and the London Children’s Health Foundation. Our show will go\, rain or shine – no rain date will be assigned. If it rains\, the cars get wet\, but the people stay dry thanks to the air-conditioned hall and covered patio.  \nStaying overnight? DESCRIPTION:Do you enjoy driving Corvettes and eating pizza? Then this event is for you. \nWe’ll meet at The Brick Oven Pizza Company at 4 pm at the corner of Netherby Road and Montrose Rd (see website for location and menus)\, pick up some hot fresh pizza\, and then cruise over to the Niagara Parkway to Black Creek Riverside Park for an outdoor picnic along the Niagara River. \nhttps://niagarabestpizza.ca/ \nThe Black Creek Riverside Park parking lot is adjacent to The Lighthouse Restaurant on-the-Pkwy\, which features an Ice Cream shoppe.
